Smith, Tollefson & Rahrick has an active commercial practice in the law of corporations and other business entities, including their formation, merger, and dissolution, acquisitions by asset and stock sales, the law of sales and other UCC matters including secured transactions, real estate transfers and leases, and general contract law. We represent both lenders and borrowers in credit agreements and other financing matters.

We can also assist our business clients with their Commercial Litigation and Employment Litigation. We also counsel our clients in these areas and assist in the drafting of contracts, employee handbooks, and other documents necessary for the conduct of business.
