Smith, Tollefson & Rahrick has a broad-based practice in wills, trusts, and other estate planning techniques, and will be happy to work with you and your financial advisers to devise a plan to suit your objectives. We handle the probate of wills as well as estates without wills, and have a practice in probate litigation involving challenges to wills and litigation of claims.

We can also assist with powers of attorney and conservatorships or guardianships, and other planning tools.
